Under his dynamic leadership, various prestigeous orders like Hitachi power Europe's coal grinding mill, Railway business for various bogies, engine block, track relaying machine were booked successfully.

Mr. Mihir Chheda, Masters in Mechatronics (UK) has International exposure in the field of robotics and automation, CNC machines, Co-ordinate measuring machine and product development. Has worked in UK, Italy and France having 10+ years of experience.

Mr. Pranob Mukherjee is a BE (Electrical) from Government College of Engg. & Technology, Raipur. He has thirty years of experience in Electrical design , project execution and management with ABB India, he has headed HT distribution Substation installation package at BSP and 230 kV , 216 MW,4 bay switch yard for ADANI SOLAR at KAMUTHI , TAMIL NADU.

In Simplex he has electrical head for Sinter Plant No.3 project at Bhilai steel plant.

He was also key member of the the team which bagged Hot Metal Handling System of IISCO, Burnpur, EOT Ladle Cranes for SMS-II Vizag steel plant and Pulverised Coal Injection for BF-1& BF-2 of Vizag steel plant
He has travelled to Germany ,China,USA, and Japan on various professional assignment.

Presently he heads the production and maintenance team of Simplex Engineering`s Unit no. 2 as General manager (Works) where heavy fabrication takes place.

Mr. Govind Narayan Singh, a production engineering graduate has 20 years of rich industry experince in the field of production mainly fabrication and machine shop operation. He has a background of working in quality control department in his initial days hence he is an asset for the company.

Mr. Mukesh B. Jain a mechanical engineering graduate has hands on experience of 25 years in the field of basic engineering and detail engineering. He has to his credit several products which are his own design like 264 ton capacity Hot Metal Ladle for Nippon Steel, several transfer cars, a wide range of Grab Buckets including Radio Remote Controlled Grabs, Underground Coal Mining Machine like Side Discharge Loader,Load Haul Dumper and Universal Drill Machine

Mr. Nipul Shah is an experienced Organization Development Strategist & Quality Management System (QMS) Coach with more than 25 Years of Industry experience in driving Marketing Initiatives, Business Development, Government Liasioning, and Human Resource Development Projects.
He is a certified Internal Auditor as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO Coordinator and Management Representative of API 11E.
He specializes in the Sales & Marketing of Simplex Products like Grab Buckets, Road making machines like Single Drum Compactor, Double Drum Compactor, Motor Grader, excavator, road roller, back hoe loader, front end loader, pick & carry crane and 7 models of API 11E Sucker Rod Pumping Unit in the domestic as well as export market, Boiler Support Structures, including ceiling Girders, Columns, AW Beams, and General Fabrication structures.
In Human Resource & Organization Development Domain, he specializes in developing QMS across all units, Implementation of Performance Management, Create learning & Development opportunities and strategize on Process Improvement Projects.
