Health & Safety Policy

The Management of Simplex values the health and safety of its people and visitors visiting its units. Anybody coming to Simplex for work or for visit has the right to go home in the same condition as they came. To achieve this, all people in Simplex have to be engaged and involved in the health and safety aspects of their work and also of those around them.

The measures taken to achieve excellence in health and safety, will then be integrated in all the work we do and shall be a part of our daily work culture.

Also it is the policy of Simplex to keep the environment as wholesome as possible, both in the workplace and the surrounding areas, for the welfare of the employees, neighbors and the environment as a whole. A responsible and cautious approach to the environment will be inherent in all activities and decision making. We continuously strive to improve our environmental performance.

The philosophy of Simplex Management is to ensure complete protection to the Intellectual Property rights of the customers as well as our own. The Board of Directors of company has enunciated a policy to implement the above across the company. They have also identified most sensitive areas keeping the above philosophy in view and have instituted necessary procedures for accessibility into these areas.

HR Policy

Human Resource is the key factor in the growth of an organization. Our core values clearly states that "An organization is as good as its people. We as an organization believe in motivating our people and creating an atmosphere that fosters individual growth."

The focus of Human Resources Policy is to:

  • Production and on time delivering quality products that conform to our customers’ requirements
  • Continually improving our systems and processes by value addition and product development through innovation
  • Up-gradation of relevant technology for continuing suitability to the changing needs of the organisation and ensure training and development of the employees
  • Involving all employees for implementing and continually improving the effectiveness of the quality management system
  • Periodically reviewing the policy and quality objectives and communicating across the organisation to align with the business requirements
  • Training and motivating all employees to ensure that the entire corporation is equipped and capable of achieving quality objectives
