Design

State of art hardware, software and well trained & experienced design team, to carry out detail engineering, manufacturing drawing on the basis of basic engineering drawings. Simplex also has technical collaboration with world renowned companies for engineering know-how.

Manufacturing

Simplex has all the necessary infrastructure like plants, machinery and testing facilities to manufacture and supply industrial equipment required for various sectors.

Machining and Machine Building

Simplex has three large machine shops, with 350 machine tools consisting of both imported and indigenous machines, including CNC machines where it can undertake complicated, precision and intricate machining and machine building jobs.

Structural Work

Simplex has facilities to fabricate building structures and technological structures to the tune of 2000 Tons per month, and is ready to meet the most stringent project schedules. Being situated in Bhilai, the home of the Steel Authority of India Limited - Bhilai Steel Plant, procurement of both flat as well as long products directly from the producer is no problem.

Erection and Commissioning

Simplex is equipped with all required plant and machinery including mobile cranes and experienced technical staff to carryout erection, testing commissioning and demonstration of performance of complete plant in integrated manner.
