More than 50,000 Square Metres of covered area has been created for fabrication, EOT Cranes and 10,000 Sq yard under Tower Cranes uare Metres of open fabricationof 50 Ton capacity.
Simplex has all modern fabrication facilities like CNC Profile Cutting machines, Plasma Cutting Machine, Three Axis CNC Beam Drilling line, Fully automatic Beam Welding Line, Robotic Welding, CNC Press, guillotine Crop Shear, Edge Preparation Machine, Welding Transformers/ Rectifiers TIG, MIG, CO2, Semi-Automatic Submerged Arc Welding machines, Welding Booms up-to 4 meters, Welding Manipulators, etc. Simplex can fabricate up-to 80 Ton single piece.
